The Sanctuary I and II at Cobb's Landing neighborhood includes 148 homes, many border Lake Tarpon.

Cobb's Landing is a deed-restricted community comprised of three beautiful neighborhoods totaling 381 custom upscale homes, bordering Lake Tarpon in northern Pinellas County.
There are three grand entrances into this walled (non-gated) community. Enter from Alderman Road (off Hwy 19 N) using the Shoreline Parkway entrance, or the Woodridge Parkway entrance, across from Carwise School. The third entrance is off Lakepointe Rd, enter using the Cobb's Boulevard entrance.
