Cobb's Landing has included a Design Review Board in its governing documents since inception in 1984 to review all exterior designs, additions, modifications and changes, to preserve the upscale character of this community. Cobb's Landing was developed using high standards for all three neighborhoods with a commitment to excellence to protect enduring property values and assure that an on-going attractive environment is upheld for all current and future residents.

All exterior changes must be approved by this independent board of landscape, architectural  engineers and real estate experts BEFORE any modifications are made. The Design Review Board (DRB) meets the fourth (4th) Thursday of the month to review applications and swiftly approve the ones that are complete. Incomplete applications will be bounced back to the resident to provide missing details, photos, color samples, manufacturers numbers, and/or site plans. All applications must be submitted to the property manager three days ahead of 4th Thursday if needing to be reviewed that month.
