6:02pm Approve February 19, 2025 Board minutes


6:03pm Treasurer’s Report (preparing new July 1 2025 budget, any missing items to collect)


6:15pm President’s report: on-site Board meeting with Pinellas County project managers Mike DePappa, Dave Deranzio, and Mbianda Mbianda to define and discuss scope of project for repair and re-paving of public roads in Cobb’s Landing; playground cross bar repair Monday; final meeting updates from Marine Engineer Terri Skapik; Community Pier existing fire extinguisher inspected and new one installed, right gate door hinges replaced, still need safety fishing filament recycle container & grand opening plans; Accurate Electronics marina gate key fob access training manual; Board on-site meeting with potential new vendor Landscape Workshop Nestor Navario and Forrest Oliver reviewed property needs and discussed details offered, need new contract pages for each association + any additions or changes; on-site Board meeting with Landscape Workshop designer Wayne to create new Shoreline entrance rendering; Ramp quote from Price Marine; Budget items: discuss ramp annual fee, modify community pier gate deposit to match right gate deposit, and discuss changing boat slip lessees number of gate keys; update to resident petition to add an agenda item to discuss change CLCA board from three to five members.

  • Approve straw pine replenishment ASI #113738 ($3,018.41)
  • Quote ASI #113747 to plant qty 200 Jasmine at Shoreline pond ($3,300)
  • Approve Lawn Apps Plus Arizona stacked stone for all 5 entrance riser walls ($39,966)
  • Approve design property boundary sign adjacent to new pier
  • Approve new Access Ramp quote Price Marine
  • Change Ramp annual fee
  • Change Community Pier refundable key deposit to match existing gate
  • Change right side gate Boat slip gate key access
  • Motion to define attorney point of contact and communications
  • Adopt Board Code of Ethics
  • Any additional vendor bids (concrete repair) or motions
